APRIL 10, 2026 UPDATE — NINTH CASE CONFIRMED:

On April 8-9, 2026, the Daily Mail and New York Post reported that a ninth individual has been identified as part of the pattern: Michael David Hicks, a veteran research scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California. Hicks died on July 30, 2023 at the age of 59. He worked at JPL from 1998 to 2022, contributing to the DART asteroid deflection project, the Near Earth Asteroid Tracking (NEAT) program, the Dawn Mission, and NASA Deep Space 1 — programs with direct dual-use military applications in planetary defense and hypersonic tracking technology. No cause of death has ever been publicly disclosed, no autopsy record can be found, and neither NASA nor JPL has issued any comment. His death went largely unnoticed until investigative reporting identified it as part of the broader pattern in April 2026.

7. William Neil McCasland — retired Air Force Major General, 68, commanded the Air Force Research Laboratory, oversaw billions in classified aerospace programs. Appeared in 2016 WikiLeaks Podesta emails in connection with UFO/UAP knowledge. Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker stated: "You can say these are all suspicious, and these are scientists who have worked in critical technology. China, Russia, even some of our friends — Pakistan, India, Iran, North Korea — they target this type of technology."
